How can you reach us?
You can usually reach our office by phone from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. No telephone advice is provided.
E-mail messages will reach the secretariat or directly to the lawyer in charge of your case. Any reading confirmation you might receive does not equate to the handling of your email. Due to the influx of email messages, you should not expect to receive a response any faster than you would through any other means of communication. The handling and processing of your email will be charged according to usual office rates and fee arrangements. We cannot accept unilateral requests for litigation or substantive services by e-mail unless prior arrangements have been made with the handling lawyer.
In order to facilitate the handling of correspondence, please always mention the addressee as well as the file reference.
